Hi! I was thinking of opening chat this coming Friday and was wondering if anyone's up for it. That'll be Sept 3, probably starting by 9pm EST or earlier, depending on what time I'll get home from work. That's roughly sixteen days from the deadline, so I thought that there might be people who'd love to just sit around and chat about what might be foremost on their minds!

Non-participants can also join in the fun this Friday. The more the merrier! See you then!

Do you guys mind if us Europeans start a lot earlier? Like 9pm my local time? That would be 2pm EST. Otherwise I'd have to wait 4am local time before I can chat.

Old AIM versions no longer work

AOL seem to have had a spring clean and those of us running old versions of the program can no longer communicate with them ('DNS error' whatever that is).
