yeah, it's fine, especially as you say they are logical divisions... (ie, like lord of the rings is three books but you really can't say that the fellowship of the ring is "self-contained"...) that's completely fine.
the last thing we wanna do is discourage people from producing a lot and submitting, so...!!!
